Rent a meeting room in the beautiful Hortus Haren

The Hortus is great for a reception, party or business meeting. Our hospitality venues Grand Café De Plantage and the Chinese Tea House are both official wedding venues of the municipality of Haren. The Hortus Haren offers several options for meeting room rental. On the upper floor of the Chinese Tea House is a large room with two adjoining side rooms and can accommodate about 70 guests and in the downstairs room about 50 guests.

Rates

The upstairs room of the Chinese Tea House is available for rent by the day.

• room rental for 1 half day is € 175,00
• room rental all day is € 300.00
• room rental after 5 p.m. is €100.00 per hour
• Beamer + screen rental is €35.00
• Equipment such as a flip chart or wireless microphone can be rented from us for a small fee per day.
