Guided Tour

On Sunday the 10th of March we are excited to once again offer a guided tour of introduced and escaped non-native plants (stinsen plants) and other spring bloomers. Questions such as what constitutes a stinsen plant and how to recognize a trout lily will be answered, as well as many more.
Tip: Visit the Gift Shop of the Hortus for the Stinsen Plant Book. It costs just 1 euro.
The tour starts at 13:30 pm, and is free (the regular entrance fee for the Hortus does apply).
